2.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to form binding agreements.

3. Info Products

Our digital resources, including guides, templates, and courses, are available for purchase and immediate access.

4. Goods

We may offer physical items, such as printed materials or branded merchandise, for sale through our platform.

5. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are those quoted at the time of order. Payment must be completed before delivery of services, info products, or goods.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Services

Cancellations made within 5 days of purchase qualify for a full refund. After 5 days, booked sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. Custom consultancy sessions are not eligible for refund due to dedicated resource allocation.

6.2 Info Products

Digital downloads or course access may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no substantial portion has been accessed. After 7 days or once content has been accessed, refunds are no longer available.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping back is the responsibility of the purchaser.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiscall Point is not liable for indirect or consequential harm arising from the use of our services, info products, or goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
